Scott County EMPOWER Youth Coalition members Becky Foster, Ella Rahe, Jamaica Harmon and Logan Weilbaker recently presented to the Indiana Youth Services Association Staff Development Virtual Retreat.  This presentation provided attendees information about our Scott County youth covering the history and the accomplishments of this youth driven and youth led coalition.
